  • How do I connect my WooCommerce store with Fleekdrop?
    Just follow the procedure below to authorize the connection if you already have a store on WooCommerce.
    1. Please log in to Fleekdrop application, click ‘Store’> Chose ‘connect to WooCommerce'.
    2. log in to your WordPress admin and navigate to the left sidebar Woocommerce > Settings, then go to the Advanced tab.
    3. Then your store will be bound to our platform successfully.
  • If I don't have an integrated platform linked with my store associated with Fleekdrop, can you fulfill my orders?
    If you don't have Shopify, WooCommerce store, you can use CSV to fulfill your orders. We have many clients use CSV.
  • How long do you need to process my orders?
    Whenever we receive your orders:
    Orders are shipped out in 24 hours with preordered inventory kept in our warehouse or in 3 days without preordered inventory. Tracking numbers are synced automatically to your store once orders are fulfilled.
  • Can I get some samples of the products that I want to sell?
    Yes. Please place orders in Fleekdrop App, and we will send the sample product to you.
    1. Create a draft order, fill in your address.
    2. Tell us to fulfill your draft order, we will ship it to your address after you pay for it.
  • Do you have your own warehouse?
    Yes. We currently have 3 warehouses, which you can get for free for up to 3 months. 2 in China and 1 in the US that can readily accommodate your business inventories for all the orders. We use our network of inventory centers to help you strategically manage your inventory to reduce shipping costs and transit times. With Fleekdrop, you don’t have to own designated space and hire a lot of human resources to hold all your product inventory in because we’ll handle it for you!
  • Are your warehouses free for storage?
    Yes. Fleekdrop glad to store your products in our warehouses for up 3 months free.
  • How long is your shipping time?
    Shipping time is usually related to product characteristics, logistics channels and destinations. In most cases, we can't guarantee that the product will be delivered within a certain time, but you can refer to the logistics time in the App. Usually, it only takes 7-15 days to ship to the US/UK/France.
  • Which country do you ship to?
    We have cooperated with many international logistics providers and are still expanding. Currently, we can ship to more than 200 countries around the world. If you are not sure whether we can ship to, you can consult our online customer service.
  • Can I check the tracking numbers?
    Yes. Fleekdrop will automatically synchronize the waybill number to your store and you can download the tracking number on Fleekdrop after the product is sent, and you can track your order in real-time.
  • How about your quality check?
    We have a professional quality inspection team. The packaging and the product itself will be inspected before shipment to ensure that all the items we send are in good condition. We always want to provide your clients with a product that delivers what it promises from the product description, and nothing less.
  • Does Fleekdrop provide after-sales services?

    Yes. In general, we ensure that all the products are packaged most safely after the quality inspection is completed. If there is a loss, breakage, return of customs, and quality problems, we can reissue them free based on circumstances. We also allow cancelations within a 14day period after shipping the product out of the warehouse.
